Police in Twin Falls have arrested three people in connection to that deadly shooting at fawn brook apartments that occurred last Wednesday evening.  29 year old Dustin Aaron Molina, 26 year old Roberto Miranda Villa and 22 year old Karina Lara Martinez were taken into custody yesterday.  Molina faces a murder charge while Villa was charged with conspiracy and Martinez faces auto theft.  35 year old Miguel Garza was shot at the complex and later died.



The price for fuel is remaining steady.  Triple A said despite a record number of travelers for the 4th of July holiday the average price for a gallon of regular in the Gem State is $3.59, which is just a fraction of a penny more than a week ago, but five cents less than a month ago and 35 cents cheaper than a year ago.  The national average sits at $3.51 a gallon.

The Billy Creek fire has burned nearly 3200 acres off the Snake River near the Idaho Washington Borer.  It’s 33 percent contained and fire growth yesterday was reported as minimal. 



Crews remain on scene this morning of a fire that has burned around 2000 acres just outside of mountain Home.  The BLM say they hope to have the fire controlled by 8 pm today.

The house where the bodies of Tylee Ryan and JJ Vallow were buried has found a buyer, just days after being listed.  According to the Realtor.com property listing, the sale of the Rexburg property is now pending with a listed price of $350,000.



A heat advisory is in effect this week for Southern Idaho.  The national weather service said that temperatures are expected to hit 105.  The advisory is from 6 am tomorrow to midnight Saturday and is for Blaine, Cassia, Lincoln, Minidoka, Gooding, Jerome and Twin Falls counties.  Make sure you have plenty of water as extreme heat will significantly increase the potential for heat related illnesses, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.
